We love children! However, due to safety, liability concerns and consideration of other clients, please do not bring children under the age of 14. Please make childcare arrangements, as we do not allow children under the age of 14 in our facilities unless they were approved to be treated. If young children are brought to an appointment, you will need to reschedule your appointment and late cancellation fees may apply. For the safety of your children, liability concerns, and the comfort and consideration of other guests, this policy will be strictly enforced.
Your medical practitioner has reserved time in their schedule for your appointment, which has made that time unavailable for other patient requests. As a courtesy, we will make every effort to remind you of your appointment. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to know and honor your appointment time in addition to making certain we have the correct contact information for you.
If you No-Show for your appointment or cancel your appointment without notifying us by phone, email, or text at least 2 business days in advance, you will be subject to a fee of $50 for every 30 minute block of time reserved for you. If you are scheduled for a pre-paid service, your treatment will automatically be “redeemed” in lieu of paying a late cancel/no-show fee. If there is a credit card on file, your card with be charged for the outstanding fees. If no card is on file, future appointments cannot be made or honored until that late cancellation / no-show charge is paid in full.

Learn2Lose gift cards are redeemable for merchandise or services at brick-and-mortar Learn2Lose/Learn2Renew locations. They cannot be used for online purchases. Gift cards are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be redeemed for cash. Learn2Lose/Learn2Renew will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards or for any unauthorized gift card use.
