Dr. David A. Croland
Dr. Croland leads the team of weight loss specialists at Learn2Lose. As an Osteopathic Physician who has practiced medicine in the Carolinas since 1992, Dr. Croland completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida. He earned his medical degree at Nova Southeastern University and completed his residency training at the E.W. Sparrow Hospital Michigan State University Family Medicine Residency Program. He achieved board certification in Family Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine in 1992 and is currently board certified by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Croland also achieved board certification through the American Board of Obesity Medicine in 2010.

Meredyth Hall, MSN, FNP-BC
Meredyth is a proud Sun Devil and 2002 graduate of Arizona State University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner Across the Lifespan at University of North Carolina Charlotte in 2018. She has spent her career practicing in the operating room and in the fields of otolaryngology and rheumatology with a focus on arthritis and osteoporosis. Meredyth recognizes that each person is unique and there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to wellness. She truly enjoys getting to know each of her clients and meeting them wherever they are on their health journey. When not in clinic, Meredyth enjoys working in the yard, playing piano, traveling, any kind of sporting event with her husband Brian and family time with their beloved pup Roo. She is passionate about her mission work and any opportunity to serve others.

Camille Marsh, MSN, FNP-C
Camille brings more than a decade of healthcare experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, including orthopedics, physical medicine and rehabilitation, pediatric primary care, and occupational health. She earned bachelor’s degrees in psychology and nursing from the University of Rochester and completed her Master of Science in Nursing through the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Georgia College & State University. Her graduate clinical training took place throughout Georgia, with an emphasis on caring for rural and medically underserved communities.
With advanced training through the Institute for Functional Medicine and ongoing education through A4M in hormone health and longevity, Camille brings a whole-person perspective to medical weight management. She is especially interested in the connections between metabolism, hormones, nutrition, and long-term health. She believes successful weight loss is about more than a number on the scale and takes time to understand the factors influencing each patient’s progress.
Camille approaches every patient with warmth, thoughtfulness, and empathy. She enjoys translating the science into realistic, useful strategies patients can implement in everyday life, from food choices and product recommendations to sustainable habits. She is excited to partner with patients at Learn2Lose as they work toward lasting weight loss, improved metabolic health, and greater overall well-being.

Dianna Fafinski
Dianna has been with Learn2Lose since 2015. She is a certified phlebotomist and has over a decade of experience in customer service. She has served in most roles at Learn2Lose and is loved by clients and coworkers alike. Dianna loves working with people and animals! She has also worked as a veterinary technician for over 10 years and did the Vet Tech program through Penn Foster. She is also a graduate of the Empire Beauty school and got her cosmetology license in 2007. When not in the clinic Dianna loves hanging out with her husband, their 2 German Shepherds and French Bulldog. She loves anything outdoors, working out and creating a homestead hobby farm which includes gardening and chickens.
