In early 2013, I saw a photo of myself and didn’t like the way I looked. During that same time, I saw the amazing results a friend of mine was having with weight-loss from being on the Learn2Lose Program. I decided to try it.
I’ll admit that changing bad eating habits wasn’t easy at first, but I soon got used to it. When I started seeing the extra pounds come off and could tell the Program was working, I was motivated to stick with the Program.
After a while, the bad foods I had been eating started tasting differently. Fried food tasted greasy to me and frankly, didn’t taste good anymore.
My excess weight did not come off at all once – it came off steadily and consistently over the next few months. The best part was seeing how my clothes were getting too big! I had to go shopping for the “new me”. Or should I say the “old me” – the me that I was years ago before I gained so much weight. Only I’m a better version of me as I now eat healthy and feel great.
The Learn2Lose Program is a lifestyle change that bettered my health and wellbeing. I look better and I feel better. I started the Program at 159 lbs. and entered Maintenance at 112 lbs*. I went from a size 14 to a size 0*. I love shopping for clothes and now shopping is fun again because I feel great about myself and I look great too. I like the person I see in the mirror every day…she smiles a lot!
I can’t imagine going back to the way I was before starting with Learn2Lose because I feel great!
