FAQs about Our Signature Packages
⁜ Medication Disclosures: Injectable medications may be sourced from 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies. 503A pharmacies are licensed by their respective State Board of Pharmacy, while 503B outsourcing facilities are regulated and inspected by the FDA. Please note that compounded medications are not evaluated or approved by the FDA, even when the branded parent drug has received FDA approval. Compounded versions of FDA approved medications are permitted to be produced when listed on the FDA Drug Shortage website. Tirzepatide is currently in a transitional status with the FDA. We also prescribe Zepbound through LillyDirect. As we approach the end of the year, the availability of compounded injectable Tirzepatide may be coming to a halt based on FDA directives. We are not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly and Company.
* If patient doesn’t qualify for stimulant appetite suppressants, provider will substitute alternative medication or supplement. **Tirzepatide dosing is 2.5 MG weeks 1-4, may increase to 5 MG weeks 5-12.
