Early this year my co-worker started the Learn2Lose Program and even though I was skeptical, I decided to give it a try. April 11, 2013, marked the start of my weight loss* journey and my first meeting with Jean Marie. The Learn2Lose Program was different because it gave me an easy place to start. Initially, the food plan was an adjustment because my body was accustomed to eating badly. But, surprisingly, I got into the groove quickly, and it just became a part of my everyday routine and it worked with my hectic travel schedule.

I knew in order to adopt an overall healthier lifestyle; I would have to commit to a regular exercise program. Within the first week, I saw results. My hard work and dedication started to pay off. When I met my initial goal of 20 pounds, I was so excited that I wanted to lose more! To date, I have lost a total of 26 pounds*! The best part about losing weight is how healthy I feel. I am more confident and trust myself to make the right food choices. I am happy with myself. I am proud, confident, and encouraging to others who are struggling with their weight – particularly women over 40. Big thanks to my coach, Jean Marie, and staff for teaching me to Learn2Lose!
